Usually, I calculate the budget individually for each client, since the timing depends on the number of looks, on how many team members are involved (videographer, producer, stylist, makeup artist, assistant etc.)

(Price and terms)
• A deposit of [50%] is required to secure the booking.
• Remaining balance is on the shoot date.
• Production costs (models, locations, stylists, makeup, etc.) must be confirmed and approved by the client before booking.
• Any external costs (location fees, model rates, etc.) will be billed directly to the client or added to the final invoice.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [5 days] before the shoot.
You will receive a website link with all your photos, photo’s storage is 1 month, please download them within this period.

This includes:

• Location scouting & rental
• Stylist & wardrobe coordination
• Hair & makeup artist arrangements
These services are not included in standard photography packages and will be quoted separately.
Pricing depends on the scope of work and specific requirements of your project.
A custom production fee will be added to your package if these services are requested.
